Drowsy Driving Kills Innocent Victims

According to the National Highway and Traffic Administration drowsy driving killed 633 people in 2020. Chuck Barnes and Glenn Cohen have been fighting for the rights of injured victims for over 40 years. In the blink of an eye a drowsy driver can drift into the wrong lane or off the road causing devastating injuries or even death. We have seen the damage caused by a tractor-trailer driver that fell asleep plowing into a man and his friend in a pick-up truck on Jacksonville’s Westside. The man driving the pick-up survived with serious injuries and a long recovery period, his friend died. His precious companions 2 dogs were also killed. The semi-truck driver was not injured.

Please Don’t Drive Distracted

Drowsy driving can easily be as fatal as drunk driving. Texting or talking on your cellphone is also classified as distracted driving.
